Fatma Nevvar İşgören was born in 1930 in İzmir. She finished the Faculty of Pharmacy in 1955, and got married with Salih İşgören in the same year. Ms. Fatma Nevvar was the biggest supporter in her husband’s business life. The name of Ms. Nevvar, who passed away in 11.08.2008, will live in the schools she built.
Salih Recep İşgören was born in 1925 in İzmir. After he finished high school, he started his business life in İzmir Commodity Exchange in 1945, and continued in the field of automotive in the following years. He became one of the respected businessmen in İzmir with his successful works in business life. He passed away in 06.01.2011.
The İşgören Family presented their wealth acquired in many years to the service of İzmir people by donating it to Education, Health and Culture Services and the Turkish Armed Forces.
